Dave Klein
CEO/President
David Klein is CEO and President of Macromark, Inc. David has a rich and deep background in direct response marketing. His experience comes from being a consultant and list broker with more than 20 years in the Industry; working with several hundred different clients in just about every industry, market or niche found in direct mail. David is a graduate of the University of Illinois with high honors advanced degree course work in Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Part of Macromark’s vision is to help its clients succeed in their acquisition efforts for finding new customers regardless of the marketing channel or media used.
Adam Moran
Executive Vice President

In 1995 armed with his Accounting Degree and beginning his business career in accounts payable, the last thing on Adam’s mind was that he would one day become one of the industry’s premier brokers. However, bored with accounting, he soon moved to a brokerage assistant position. After a small mailer took him up on his recommendation, he was well on his way to a long, successful career in list brokerage and direct marketing consultation. Today, Adam is recognized as a true expert in his field and has helped countless clients launch or dramatically grow their business. His areas of specialty include Health, Business Opportunity, Self Improvement and Adult Entertainment. As a Macromark partner, he also plays a pivotal role in setting the company’s objectives, developing a professional sales staff and directing key business initiatives.
Steven Keats
Executive Vice President
Specializing in Financial and Business Opportunity, Self-Improvement, Astrology, Financial, Health supplements and Seminars, Steven Keats came to Macromark with a BBA in Marketing Management from St. John’s University and Baruch College. He has worked for several marketing companies such as Prescott Lists, Dependable Lists, and Venture Direct Worldwide, but has achieved his greatest success as Executive Vice President at Macromark after only 7 years working there.
Some of the many reasons Steven has become so successful in the industry are that he has excellent working relationship with clients, and understands their business goals and objectives. His ability to provide solutions that meet or exceed clients’ expectations is second to none.
Utilizing excellent business judgment and time management skills, he has managed to balance his efforts, multi-tasking to ensure sales goals and deadlines are consistently met or exceeded. He is a proven self starter, working independently, while contributing to the success of the entire company and multi divisions, and assists companies in understanding how critical success factors are measured, achieved, and reported to help establish short and long term goals.
Norman Newman
Senior Vice President of Sales
Norman Newman has been an expert in the industry for over 30 years, specializing in the fields of Self Improvement, Business Opportunity, Seminars and Business to Business.
A graduate of Baruch College, Norman has brought an incredible amount knowledge and expertise to the company, and is consistently a major factor to Macromark’s growing success.
Ed Bocknik
Director of Print Media
Ed serves as Director of Macromark’s Print Media Services Group, established to help clients explore magazine, newspaper, FSI and other space advertising opportunities. In conjunction with the Steve Wexler Creative Services Group, the division provides media planning and research, media buying, creative design, copywriting and print production services. Prior to joining Macromark, Ed spent 25 years with Direct Media where over the years he headed the firm’s list management division, spearheaded development of a new eCommerce group and led the company’s advertising initiatives. While at DMI, he worked closely with such clients as Spiegel, Omaha Steaks, Newsweek, Hearst Publishing, Ziff-Davis, SkillPath Seminars and the Alzheimer’s Association. Ed is a graduate of Iona College where he earned a BBA in Marketing and Communication Arts and where he subsequently earned his MBA in Marketing.
Maria Bongarzone
Client Services Manager
Maria, a specialist in handling astrology, business opportunity, diet/health and construction accounts is a 15 year veteran in the industry. She is a graduate of Quincy Business Institute, and has been supporting Macromark’s brokers for the past 4 years.
David Boyd
Client Services Manager
With 9 years in the industry, Dave Boyd is a valuable asset to the Macromark list management team. He graduated from Western Connecticut State University, and specializes in managing Business Opportunity, Financial and Infomercial lists.
Grace Bruno
Client Services Manager
Grace joined Macromark, Inc. two years ago and brought with her extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Compiled and Residential Lists. Her attention to detail and client needs has allowed her to excel in every aspect of the reseller business. Grace has been in the list business for more than a decade and has proven to be a valuable asset to our organization.
Steven Carrara
Vice President of New Business Development
Steven brings over 13 years experience in list management, list brokerage, database marketing and analytic services. Steven’s primary focus is generating new business by increasing Macromark’s market share in our core markets and he also looks to provide growth in new and under-leveraged markets. Steven also works with other Macromark associates on new product development as Macromark continues to launch new products and divisions within the organization.
Spending more than a dozen years working for a few of the top list companies and direct marketing agencies, Steven’s experience in B2C and B2B marketing, modeling and analytic services, database development and e-marketing is instrumental as we continue to offer innovative multi-channel solutions to Macromark’s current and prospective clients.
Carla Ciulla
Client Services Manager
Handling the brokerage orders for some of our most important clients in the health, financial and business opportunity fields, Carla has been with Macromark for the past 4 of a 16 year career in the industry. She is a graduate of Mercy College with a Bachelors degree.
Paula Dazi
Client Services Manager
With 8 years experience in the industry, Paula has joined the Macromark team to become a part of our busy list management group. She specializes in the management of Business Opportunity lists.
Chris D’Autorio
Vice President, Interactive Services
Chris has 11 years of Internet Marketing experience in all aspects of the Web including email marketing, lead generation, affiliate marketing, paid search and pay-per-click programs. He began his career with SmallBusinessResources.com, an Internet start-up, then moved on to become the Managing Director of NeighborNet Marketing, a local email marketing company. Chris then jumped into online lead generation with Aptimus and most recently Pipeline Solutions, a division of Webloyalty.com. Recently, Chris launched MacroNet, Macromark’s affiliate network specializing in business opportunity, health supplement, investing and general consumer offers.
Erin Delaney
Client Services Manager
With 9 years of experience in the industry, Erin joined Macromark’s team to lend her expertise in the fields of Health, Financial and Business Opportunity lists.
She is a graduate of Western Connecticut University, and is well on her way to an extremely successful career with the Macromark team.
Tracy Donohue
Vice President of New Business Acquisition
Tracy has dedicated more than sixteen years to the Direct Marketing Industry specializing in consumer list and database sales, list and insert brokerage, and data analysis. She began her career in 1993 in the Alternative Media Division of List Services and furthered her career at various direct marketing firms including Millard, Mal Dunn Associates and The Catamount Group. Her extensive experience spans across a variety of consumer markets including consumer publishing, health, continuity and memberships, catalog, children’s market, Hispanic marketing and more. Tracy joined Macromark, Inc. in 2006 and plays a key role in business development, client acquisition, new product launches and corporate sales and marketing.
Cathy Gilmore

A resident health file expert, Cathy has been a top list management performer. She graduated from Westchester Community College, and is poised for a very long and fruitful career in the industry.
Anne Heely Fay
Print Media Strategist
Anne Heely Fay, a graduate of Pace University with a degree in Sociology, has been in the list business for 18 years. She worked for Direct Media from mid 1970’s until 1994. She left the industry for 13 years, and during that time she worked as an Author Coordinator for Border’s Book Shops coordinating and executing the author book signings in the Connecticut Stores. As time passed, Anne missed the challenge and excitement of the list brokerage/ management industry and decided to go back to her original occupation. She feels lucky to have found Macromark thanks to Lisa Moore of Direct Media.
Kathy Fontana
Director of List Sales
Kathy began her Direct Marketing career in 1983 and spent several years working at Walter Karl, Inc., The Listworks Corporation and Mal Dunn Associates. Kathy specializes in consumer list sales with a focus on health, financial, catalogs, continuity, business opportunity and self-improvement. During her career, Kathy has had the opportunity to manage and successfully increase sales for many major consumer direct marketers including Gevalia Kaffe, Direct Checks and Lombardi Publishing. Kathy joined Macromark in 2007 as the Director of List Sales with her primary focus of maximizing list revenue through proactive sales and marketing for all of Macromark’s List Management clients.
Jayne Gottschall

For fundraising and business opportunity list support, there is no better than our 21 year veteran. She is a graduate of Pace University, and has been providing her expert services to Macromark for the past 4 years.
Joanne Iadarola
Vice President of Sales
As a 21 year veteran of the industry, Joanne started her career at RMI where she worked on a variety of consumer clients. She later joined Mal Dunn Associates where she spent 16 years as their main B2B list expert where she specialized in the IT, Continuing Education, Publishing and Seminar markets. Joanne was involved with new media development, creative issues, and a customer centric focus which allowed her to be an all around marketing partner with her clients. Prior to joining Macromark, Joanne continued her career as Vice President at Media Advisor Group and Key Marketing Advantage where she was involved in new business development, operations and provided strong sales and creative marketing strategies. Joanne holds a B.S in Marketing from Mercy College.

An attendee of the University of Iowa, Steve Klein came to Macromark with 20 years experience in the industry. He has achieved the title of Vice President of Sales through his exemplary relationships with his clients, resulting in considerable financial gains for Macromark. Steve currently puts his focus on the Business to Business market with an emphasis on High-Tech companies. He is also well versed in the consumer market.
Steve Koons
Vice President of Sales
Steven Koons has over 23 years of List Sales experience, starting with The Listworks in 1986 before joing Macromark in 2005. He graduated from Marquette University in 1983 earning a BS Business Administration/Marketing. Over the years he has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients including catalogs, nonprofits, business opportunity, seminars, collectibles, investments, business to business… and thanks each of his clients for the opportunity to learn and grow with them. “Please view my service as an extention of your marketing efforts, similar to the role of a head librarian. Imagine a building filled from floor to ceiling with books. By actively listening and sharing ideas, we can find you the perfect few books (methods) to make your campaign successful” .
Jennifer Luposello
Senior Vice President of Sales
After graduating from Gettysburg College, Magna Cum Laude, Jen began her direct marketing career in 1989 as a brokerage assistant at Walter Karl. A year later she joined Mal Dunn Associates where she worked her way up from assistant to Director of List Brokerage Services learning and excelling in all facets of the list brokerage business including test recommendations, negotiations, circulation planning, product launches, segmentation refinement and response analysis. She made the move to Macromark in 2006 and has been instrumental in expanding the company’s presence in the financial/investor marketplace. In addition to the investment market, she has extensive experience developing and growing clients in the publishing, continuity, self improvement, teen, spirituality and health marketplaces.
Gary Martin
Vice President of Sales
Gary Martin is a Deans List Graduate of St. John’s University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He began his marketing career in 1994 while working for Nynex, a local telephone service provider and stayed thru many changes as Nynex became Bell Atlantic and then later, Verizon. His duties at the phone company included selling telephone services to business accounts. As a successful telemarketer with the phone company, Gary was soon promoted to Call Center Manager and he has been involved with Direct Marketing ever since. Gary’s experience with outbound telemarketing naturally lent itself to a career in direct marketing so he accepted an opportunity to conduct List Brokerage services as an Associate at Mal Dunn Inc. in 1998. Gary has been helping companies both large and small develop strategies to bring their products and services to market thru the use of direct response vehicles like direct mail and telemarketing ever since. His extensive experience in Consumer and Business markets as well as his roster of nationally recognized clientele has earned him a place at Marcromark Inc. as Vice President of List Sales. Gary enjoys working with all clients, big or small, helping them grow their business and expanding their reach.
Mary Ellen Meyer
Client Services Manager
15 years in the industry and going strong! Mary Ellen graduated from The College of Westchester and is a specialist in lists pertaining to astrology, health/diet, business to business, financial and business opportunity, and she has proved this time and time again during the past 4 years at Macromark.
Angela Nicolosi
Vice President of Sales
Angela heads up our compiled data and reseller divisions. She began her career in 1987 at Walter Karl in the accounting department and continued her career at various other marketing firms excelling in virtually every aspect of this business including corporate sales, list management, database building and sales, and compiled / residential list sales. Angela comes to Macromark, Inc. with 21 years industry experience and an extensive background in client retention and business development. Angela is responsible for the overall sales and marketing of Macromark’s compiled list division and plays a key role in mailer expansion and vendor relationships.
Bill Ochs
Director of List Sales
With a BS in Justice and Law, Bill Ochs graduated from Western Connecticut State University and devoted the next 8 years to the List Management Industry. With his ability to manage effectively, and his in-depth knowledge of Macromark’s lists and clients, Bill has been named Director of List Management. He specializes in markets such as: Health, Financial, Business Opportunity and International.
Eva Perretti
Vice President of Sales
Eva is a seasoned list professional with over 18 years experience. She began her career in 1990 as an Account Executive at the Lake Group. She then switched her focus to List Brokerage as a strategic mail planner at Paradysz Matera, where she specialized in data strategy for customer acquisition and retention loyalty, working with a wide variety of mailers. In 2004, she returned to her roots in List Management at Merit Direct where she was responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with the brokerage community and meeting sales forecasts for B2B & Email clients. Her experience in both areas, have given her keen insight and a well-rounded knowledge of the business. Eva joined Macromark in October 2008 and brings a strong commitment to quality and professionalism as well as a high level of energy which will play a role in her focus on client acquisitions, list sales and new product development.
Tiffany Poellot

A Mercy College graduate, Tiffany has worked in list brokerage/management for the past 9 years. Macromark has been lucky enough to have her on our team for the past four of those years.
Lori Swett
Director, Interactive Services
Lori brings more than 12 years of online marketing experience in all areas of lead generation including: Email, Search, Co Registration, Affiliate Marketing, Display Advertising, and Social Media.
Prior to joining Macromark, Lori managed the web acquisition of new customers at Scholastic, Inc. for the direct-to-home children’s book clubs and continuities division. While at Scholastic, Lori helped lead the Internet to the largest and most profitable source of new leads for the Disney, Nickelodeon and Dr. Seuss brands. In addition, she managed all of the media relationships with key affiliate networks and marketing partners. Previously, Lori held a variety of positions on the client side where she was responsible for launching strategic partnerships with such online media companies as Amazon.com, CNET, Yahoo, Linkshare, and Commission Junction. Lori began her Internet marketing career in 1996 at Outpost.com, one of the earliest successful online-only retailers.
Donna Vogler
Vice President of Sales
Donna Vogler began her career in the list industry at Mal Dunn Associates, Inc. as an executive assistant/office manager to the President in May of 1993. After two years, she was promoted to a sales position as a list broker. Within 6 months, she had brought in large accounts and increased sales tremendously. Her attention to detail and follow up skills attributed to her success. Donna received Employee of the Year award in 1998. Donna left Mal Dunn Associates, Inc in December 2004 to join Macromark as Vice President of Sales. Donna has extensive knowledge in a wide variety of markets in both the consumer and business-to-business markets. She feels fortunate that even after 13 years in the industry it still continues to be fun and challenging for her.
